Dropped in for a Saturday PartnerWOD while visiting for a wedding. Vibes were awesome and the members were kind! Coach Katie crushed it! Highly recommend!
3 weeks in and the on ramp for the classes are good nice pacing and scaling options. Coaches are good and interactive and try to assist and make you fit in to the classes. They have many different options to assist in your goals. The other people attending the class are also supportive as well.
Jacob was such a great coach! He was very informative and recognized what movements I needed to tweek a bit! Great 6 am crew!
CrossFit is a great place to workout. They treat you like family and help you to succeed..
Crossfit Wichita is an amazing community, and I am very grateful for each of the coaches for their encouragement and support. When I got into a car wreck and injured myself and then had some major life challenges, the coaches were there to support me and keep me on track. I am forever grateful to them!
