The gym is welcoming, challenging, and a fantastic place to improve my health. Silas is an amazing coach and trainer and Jacob and Kaiti are amazing leaders. Highly recommend!

I have been apart of many fitness programs and classes and can say that CrossFit Wichita welcomes you like family, they help coach you at any fitness level and it’s a really fun group of people. I recently joined bc of how amazing the coaches and members are. Looking forward to my next class!
Just finished my second class. Instructor broke down instructions on how to perform each activity which is great. Positive energy from everyone there, and the motivated me to the end of the workout! Highly recommend
