Im brand new to cross fit, and I absolutely love it. The environment is so welcoming and friendly. The coaches are great, and very helpful. 🫶 Im extremely excited for my cross fit journey!
With a long time in CrossFit and being a coach (L2 trainer) with the gym I consistently train at, I have pretty high expectations when paying for a drop in. I am happy to say with all the drop ins I have done, CF Wichita was one on the better side. Silas was great; gave cues and everyone from what I could see during the strength and WOD stayed coachable. Great culture built here!

Very nice gym and an incredible staff. My bothers and I showed up late for their 2026 4th of July workout and they allowed us to stay for an "open gym" and complete the workout. Very happy and pleased with them!
Came in for a drop in on the 4th not knowing the last class of the day was already over. Jacob and Katie were more than welcoming and held the gym open, allowing us to use all of the equipment to complete the workout. All of the other regulars were very inviting and encouraging! Cannot recommend enough.
