I have attended several gyms throughout my life and Crossfit West Nashville stands out in many ways. Love the facility, coaching and overall vibe. These guys are so good at what they do and I’m incredibly grateful for them! I’ve got a few injuries and they know exactly how to navigate them and coach me up
Very welcoming to all skill levels and ages, and their childcare options are so helpful! Personal training is also excellent, a time to build on your weaknesses to get the most out of your training long-term. Have had a great experience and am thankful for the team there!
We’ve been so happy at CFWN! We searched high and low for a gym with great coaching, child care and an open gym space and we’ve been able to have all three here! Both my husband and I have utilized the private coaching, the amazing classes (and programming!) and the Childwatch on MANY occasions. We love CFWN!
