I joined Crossfit West Nashville two years ago after a long hiatus from exercise and after I realized I couldn’t chase my daughter in the yard without major knee/hip/joint pain. I also couldn’t hold 200 pounds on my back without getting a back spasm. I am so thankful for this place!! I have been a member off and on since the beginning; six years solid then a few life events, a pandemic followed by lack of motivation prompted a break. A little bit older now (60's) and a lot more arthritic, I have been back since June taking advantage of the personal training with coach Daniel.
