My wife and I dropped in while on vacation. The facility itself is (in a Cross Fit way) rather industrial, but everything was functional and very easily accessible. The thing that set it apart were the people. Matt and Chelsey (who are two great athletes in their own right) were VERY friendly and welcomed us as two of 'their own'. They provided great coaching tips and were very encouraging. We fit right it and got in a couple of good workouts. The people in the classes were also very friendly, and made us feel right at home.... read more
Extremely and pleasantly surprised to find this awesome community only 5 minutes from my house. The coaches are both serious competitors, and wonderful people who care about the clients and can help you take it to the next level.
