On our way across the Midwest, we dropped in at CrossFit Vise (right in the heart of Downtown/Old Market) for a 6 am class with Coach Kyle. Kyle was welcoming, helpful, and even coached me through a couple of butterfly pull-ups. Enjoyed the strength and chipper WOD. Clean facility with good equipment. I definitely recommend getting a workout in when traveling in Omaha! Coach Kyle is also a CrossFit team competitor, so it was a real treat.

I started going here 10 months ago and loved it. The coaches are great about breaking down the fundamentals and the workout. You can change the workout and movements so you are able to still complete the workout. The community is great also. I enjoy going to the gym and seeing the members. They are like a second family to me!

My husband started going to CrossFit Vise for me and spent about a year trying to convince me to come try it out. I started by trying the free community classes on the weekends and am do happy I did and ended up joining myself shortly there after. The coaches and community are wonderful and welcoming. I was nervous about having to bring my son to the gym with me and now he looks forward to going as much as me because everyone is so kind and helps out with him.
