We did a Drop In, super friendly coach!
I was in Visalia for a 10 day work trip and dropped into the 5am class 7 times. I really enjoyed working out here, it’s always great when I can find a gym this good while traveling. The coaching was great. I’ve been doing CrossFit for less than a year and I really appreciated the feedback and coaching. The staff and other members made me feel very welcome. I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in Visalia. Got a cool hat and shirt too
