Dropped in while traveling for work. Great place with pretty new equipment it looked like. Good vibes and coaching. Did some Murph prep. Going back a couple more times while in town.
Love this gym. The owner Clancy is a great dude and keeps the facility in the best condition.
Verve is top-notch! From the moment you walk in, you feel the energy and support from both the coaches and the members. Whenever I am in Denver and have the time, i make it a point to drop in at this gym. The owner and coaches are great people who truly love coaching and you can tell. I have taken classes with Eric and Albert and on both occasion they have worked with me on my weaknesses and given great advice to help improve my fitness. I highly recommend at the very least stopping in at this gym.
Amazing gym! Super kind and knowledgeable staff. Eric, Lexi, Wyatt and Carlos are all wonderful and make the classes a fun experience. Recommend this gym for long-term crossfitters and newbies wanting to join the program. They have lots of gym space and flexible programming. Highly recommend :)
