CrossFit VVV hits different. Every time I walk in, my mood just lifts. First day I came through, I asked “what’s a Hyrox?”; the workout itself said, “you gonna learn today.” Safe to say, I learned real quick. Great vibes, amazing people; the music is giving Tik Tok, rockstar band crowd surfing, that’s my only ick. But my greatest advice is don’t think twice about walking in

Excellent atmosphere, all the trainers are very knowledgeable and attentive in everything, I love it, the best place to train and maintain your mental and physical health at its best.

CrossFit VVV is amazing! The coaches are AWESOME, the environment is very friendly and supportive, and for someone like me that is new to CrossFit it means a lot! Come try a class and you won’t regret it! ❤️

The coaches and members here are all very friendly! The workouts seem intimidating but there is a large emphasis on proper form and there are many variations of modifications if they’re too difficult or you have an injury. I have a lot more fun than working out at a conventional gym or at my house. There’s variety and everyone will try to help you.

Not 10 minutes of stepping foot into that gym on my first day and I’m already greeted like someone’s long lost cousin. Walked in knowing nothing of CrossFit, and walked out every day afterwards with the knowledge/strength to understand that everyone can do it with the right crew behind you. The environment surrounding this gym truly emphasizes on building character and breaking records. They've got a great team going on and I can’t wait to see where my VVV fitness journey takes me.
