Ive been a member here for a few years and LOVE this place. The coaches and all the members are so friendly and supportive. No matter what your age or fitness level everyone is welcome and you get a great workout in.
I am loving my time at VVV! The coaches provide such a fun, supportive, and safe environment to workout in!
Brian and the entire CFVVV team, we can’t thank you enough for welcoming us into the gym for workouts and off-site events! You can truly see how much everyone cares about one another and how supportive the entire community is in encouraging each other to be their best. We’re so grateful to build relationships with like-minded people and support each other in growing stronger through health and wellness. Thank you for always making us feel welcome, we’ll see you soon for another workout!
Amazing staff and surroundings! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. So glad a friend of my recommended them. Now I'm recommending them to everyone I know!
