The coaches and members here are all very friendly! The workouts seem intimidating but there is a large emphasis on proper form and there are many variations of modifications if they’re too difficult or you have an injury. I have a lot more fun than working out at a conventional gym or at my house. There’s variety and everyone will try to help you.

Not 10 minutes of stepping foot into that gym on my first day and I’m already greeted like someone’s long lost cousin. Walked in knowing nothing of CrossFit, and walked out every day afterwards with the knowledge/strength to understand that everyone can do it with the right crew behind you. The environment surrounding this gym truly emphasizes on building character and breaking records. They've got a great team going on and I can’t wait to see where my VVV fitness journey takes me.

Love this community! the coaches all bring something different to the table with expertise in: Olympic lifting, Hyrox, running, nutrition, and physical therapy this box has it all! You won’t leave here without feeling great and empowered.

I want to thank CFVVV for being absolutely amazing and giving me the endorphin rush that I was looking for at other places that I was not finding. They are also always there to correct my posture and form, promoting safety first. I love that they had a summer special for me to start with that was no commitment, and personal training that is affordable to really help me reach my goals. Shoutout to Frank, Brian, Boris and of course Chance, I can’t wait to workout with the other coaches.
