I love VVV! Im so glad I signed up 9 months ago. The coaches are amazing, the community is great and there’s a great team atmosphere. The workouts can be scaled to any skill level and the movements are covered really nicely! Thanks for crushing it y’all 🤩

Well, I would like to give my honest perspective about this gym. I want to clarify that I am NOT a member, but I will explain my reasons as to why I am giving this review. I came a few times to observe and I have some friends that are members. I will start out by saying that the people here are pretty nice. I did observe that there is a friendly environment. CrossFit VVV hits different. Every time I walk in, my mood just lifts. First day I came through, I asked “what’s a Hyrox?”; the workout itself said, “you gonna learn today.” Safe to say, I learned real quick. Great vibes, amazing people; the music is giving Tik Tok, rockstar band crowd surfing, that’s my only ick. But my greatest advice is don’t think twice about walking in
Excellent atmosphere, all the trainers are very knowledgeable and attentive in everything, I love it, the best place to train and maintain your mental and physical health at its best.
