We own a small horse farm and take care of 6 horses. Carrying bales, buckets of water, muck buckets 40-60 lbs. Don't need the gym right? My new answer since joining Veneration is definately yes. At 68 years old I could tell my strength was decreasing. Finally making the decision to join was a very good thing. I joined Veneration last year during my weight loss journey having never really been to a gym before. From meeting/training with Coach Gabriella to classes with Christin, Chris, Haley, and Steele it has been a great experience. All of the coaches have been welcoming and extremely helpful. I never feel afraid to ask a question or for help. I’m down almost 50lbs, off 3 medications, have more energy for my kids, and I’m having a blast doing it at Veneration. I love it here. As someone coming back into the fitness world it can be very intimidating and they make me feel right at home. Christin is amazing and everyone I’ve met is warm and welcoming. Looking for a place to call home and start your journey. HERE IS IT.
CrossFit Veneration does an amazing job! Everyone (including members) is super friendly and Veneration is a fun atmosphere - I enjoy being in the building!
