CrossFit Veneration does an amazing job! Everyone (including members) is super friendly and Veneration is a fun atmosphere - I enjoy being in the building! The small group training sessions are perfect for getting personalized attention while still enjoying the energy of a group. As someone with no previous experience, I was initially nervous, but the trainers are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, helping me build my confidence every step of the way. I met with Courtney @ Crossfit Veneration on 8/26 after I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis (DexaScan taken in follow up to my 2nd leg fracture in 6 years).
