I have dropped into gyms all over the country and valor is by far the best gym i have ever been to! The coaches and members make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. Challenging workouts in a clean and welcoming environment
Love this gym. Amazing programming. Great people. They are very family-friendly. I also love that the coaches work out with the class when they are not coaching that day or that particular hour. Coaches always help you with technique and give you really good pointers. Would highly recommend.
This has been the most welcoming CrossFit gym I’ve ever been to. Not only did the coaches and owners welcome me, but the members did too. From day one, people were talking to me and introducing themselves and making it a great experience. Especially if you’re nervous about coming in. This gym is the BEST and I can’t recommend it enough. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or have been doing it for sometime, you will get coached in every single class!!
