Very clean
Highly recommend CrossFit Valley Junction to anyone looking for a fun supportive environment that challenges you physically! I have done CrossFit off and on for a few years now. I recently switched back from a stint of powerlifting and CFVJ is such a supportive and fun community. The workouts are challenging, the coaches are knowledgeable and caring, and the members are fun and supportive! I cannot recommend a better place to continue your health journey!
Did a drop in. The outside may be misleading, but the setup and the inside are awesome! Everyone was friendly and and I can tell it's a great community to be apart of. Go give it a try if you are in the area and interested in CF!
I joined CrossFit Valley Junction in June 2021 and have been attending classes since then. Two things keep me coming back week-after-week: (1) The friendly and supportive coaches and (2) the workout variety. The coaches make an effort to know me as a person and they know everyone’s abilities are different.
