LOVE IT!! Coaches are very professional, I have been training for 6 months there and gained muscle and strength. Recommend this gym to everyone who is interested in CF or hesitates to start. Workouts are customized based on your ability, coaches are helpful and will guide you to make sure you don't get injured.Â
The atmosphere at CF UV is amazing — everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and motivating. The gym is always clean, and organized, the workouts are challenging and fun, and the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!Â
I want to write this as a newer member, someone about a month into training at UV, because I think my experience might resonate with others who've struggled to stick with CrossFit.
