I spent a week at CrossFit UV during a recent stay in Toronto and my experience was just great. Even though I was only there temporarily, everyone I met made me feel right at home, from the coaches to the members, to Fergus the owner. I'm still relatively new to CrossFit having started in the fall of 2024 but didn't feel at all intimidated by working out in a new space.
