I spent a week at CrossFit UV during a recent stay in Toronto and my experience was just great. Even though I was only there temporarily, everyone I met made me feel right at home, from the coaches to the members, to Fergus the owner. I'm still relatively new to CrossFit having started in the fall of 2024 but didn't feel at all intimidated by working out in a new space. I am new to CrossFit and was hesitant to join in the beginning, but Fergus and his team made it extremely easy for me to transition on at the end of last year. I think there is a very big misconception of what CrossFit is out there, and I did not realize the difference until I joined that you did not have to push to your limits in order to gain the maximum impact for your body.
