Dropped in from out of town this morning. Great people and facility. If you are coming for a visit or live in the area, this place is awesome! Definitely give it a look.
From Australia, decided to spend 5 months living in Denham Springs, naturally as one of the cultural capitals of the world that was an obvious choice. Decided to join a gym and get fit. I'm not the best body in the world, not the worst. Anyway- I was driving past Planet Fitness nearby, and I was like 'strueth!,' most people there do not look like the gym is working for them. Visiting Denham Springs for a family reunion. Found two boxes close by. One was closed and Crossfit Upshot was the other. Boy am I glad I kept driving and went to CF Upshot! Hit the Rooster Crew class at 05:00. I was welcomed by the staff and all the members immediately. The programming was awesome and the facilities are perfect!! Came back the next morning and met the owner who was coaching. Great guy with LOTS of coaching knowledge. HIGH:Y recommend this box and will be back for sure on my way through Denham Springs!!
