Great gym that meets you where you're at! It has a great community feel, is always clean, and the coaches are knowledgeable and hold you accountable. The workouts are challenging, but you'll see progress if you stay consistent.

I am not a crossfitter, but I've dabbled in it from time to time. I must say, out of the handful of crossfit gyms I've been to, this one was the most accepting and safe instruction I've seen thus far. As a former bb competitor, I remember the birth of crossfit and the stigma it brought with it. But, this one, I feel safe sending friends to, who are interested in working out and learning. I know they won't get hurt on his watch.
