I’ve been a member of various CrossFit gyms over the years but Unlocked feels the most like home to me. We have members from all fitness levels, ages, and abilities. Everyone is so welcoming, encouraging, and it’s a great community to be a part of! We don’t just work hard, we have fun!
I dropped in for the summer and was completely new to CrossFit, but I wanted to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! Everyone there is amazing: kind, patient, welcoming, and supportive. The workouts are challenging but incredibly rewarding. I’ve had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back next summer!
