Unleashed is a 10/10!!!! They're such a supportive community. The coaches are kind, knowledgeable and supportive. I moved to Astoria about 2 years ago and my only regret is not having joined earlier. Coming from a regular gym, I was a bit intimidated by "Crossfit" and even though the work outs are challenging, there are variations for all levels. If you're a bit intimidated like I was, give it a try!! You won't regret it.

HUGE space, all the EQUIPMENT you possibly need and want, and a WELCOMING community. Joined Unleashed as I needed more programming to train for my first Hyrox. The endurance programming here is so phenomenal; they really push you to give your best effort and then some more. 5K row, 100cal air bike, 5K run for time - didn’t think I could but we all did it. I've been a member of a number of gyms around NY state and other parts of the country. As I was trying to figure out what my new round of fitness goals should be, I decided to bite the bullet and re-enter the world of crossfit. Unleashed surprised me in every way.
