HUGE space, all the EQUIPMENT you possibly need and want, and a WELCOMING community. Joined Unleashed as I needed more programming to train for my first Hyrox. I've been a member of a number of gyms around NY state and other parts of the country. As I was trying to figure out what my new round of fitness goals should be, I decided to bite the bullet and re-enter the world of crossfit. Unleashed surprised me in every way. My home CrossFit gym <3 haven’t been in awhile. My partner and I both go here. Friendly for everybody. A priest, monk, and a rabbi could walk in for a CrossFit class and walk out without any problems- and that’s coming from a catholic and her gay sister {and her partner Shannon who said this place is her family who’s a nurse.} My point is this place is very inclusive for everyone, and is really about including everyone, and I mean everyone everyone.
