Lyn is simply the best. What a joy it is to work with Lyn here. I started coming here as part of my “2nd home” journey and the staff and peeps in the box are simply fantastic. This is a great little spot. Power lifting section that doesn’t interfere with the CrossFit section. Showers… times a plenty for classes in the AM. great place!

Best community I've ever been a part of; the coaches are awesome, the workouts can be scaled to match your level of intensity, and the more classes you go to the more value you get out of your membership...its a win, win. Literally the best thing I've purchased in 2 years.

My boyfriend and I were able to find this gem on the way to our Airbnb in Portland. The woman helping us today (forgive us for not remembering your name, we’re sorry!!) was absolutely sweet and welcomed us with open arms… especially since she let us bump to edm loudly in her gym (the speakers were great too!!) The gym had enough equipment for us to get good workout in during our trip. Thank you for making working out here a great experience, we would definitely come back!
