The owners of this gym are absolute jokes for the crossfit community. Their ability to host a competition is laughable. I had heard horror stories about past competitions that were held here but I took those with a grain of salt. After the competition last week I fully believe every bad story I've heard. Dropped in for an 830am WOD and PR'd "Fight Gone Bad" by 19 reps! Great coach and friendly members!
This place has an undeniable culture that is very welcoming to everyone! The results speak volumes and the coaches are very well trained! Athletes getting ready for hs sports or college sports need to be training here and the new person just starting a fitness journey should too!
