Fantastic coaching, both for nutrition and programmed workouts. Friendly environment that also pushes my ability. I feel right at home and appreciate the clear instructions to help meet me at my fitness level.
If I could give them 6 stars I would. Great programing and coaching. The community of this box is incredible. Everyone from coaches to athletes encourages and cheers each other on.
