If you're looking for a CrossFit gym, this is the place to go! Before joining CF Tustin, I was looking for in-person coaching, and group workouts. Whenever I'd go to the gym alone, I wouldn't be as motivated. Whenever I'd try to learn more complex lifts through YouTube, I was afraid my form was incorrect. Great place to get in shape. The coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly and really take the time to breakdown the technical aspects of the exercises. The workouts are very well rounded with a good balance of cardio, Olympic weight lifting, core and accessory work. Crossfit Tustin also stands out with the implementation of ROM WODs. A yogaesque stretching session -usually done after Thursday workouts- that really helps alleviate lactic acid build up from previous work outs.
