I’ve dropped in at CrossFit Trifecta a couple of times, and it’s quickly becoming my CrossFit home away from home whenever I’m in North County. The coaches and owner are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed! The coaches took the time to introduce themselves, explain everything, and make sure I felt comfortable. The members were just as friendly! People went out of their way to say hello and make me feel part of the community right away. It’s such a positive and encouraging environment, and I’m so glad I joined!
I dropped into this gym on vacation and the community was very welcoming. The workout was a traditional CrossFit program which was adaptable for all levels of ability. It was easy to fit in. The coaches made good use of time warming up and working out during the hour long class and I didn’t feel like I was wasting any time. If I was local I would look into a membership.
