This gym is fantastic. The coaches are excellent and the community is incredibly positive. You will see results if you put in the work.

This facility is top notch. They are very welcoming and accommodating. As a newbie in Hyrox, I felt like I fit in right from the start. I learned a great deal and felt supported from day one. I would highly recommend TPA to anyone/everyone.
I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2010 and owned a gym for five years and TPA does it right with functional fitness classes that very effectively build fitness - not specialized circus tricks. They take a systematic and long term approach to programming thinking carefully about the interactions of movements and balancing strength/metcons. Solid coaching. Welcoming members. Great place.
