I’ve started CrossFit a month ago and I’m seeing great progress towards my goals. Truly the best gym atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. The coaches are amazing and knowledgeable. CrossFit Totality is great community of members to workout with. Highly recommended!
Joined in the summer of 2024 and haven't looked back. The coaching staff and community kept me accountable and motivated as we work on a variety of workouts. I never thought I would be doing movements like handstands or rope climbs but I was totally wrong. There always a progressive movement or a new challenge and it's never boring. I've set new PR and loss stubborn fat I could never do with a regular gym.
I have spent nearly 7 years training at this facility and owner Shariq and his staff have exuded both professionalism and dedication since day one. They ensure all members receive the individual attention they require to meet their fitness goals. Over the years I have recommended this facility to many of my friends and colleagues, as CrossFit Totality offers an excellent training space and fitness community.
