Great gym! -super spacious facility, so you don’t feel like you’re on top of one another during your workouts -informative coaching with appropriate modifications for postpartum -Separate area if you want to do your own workouts, including some traditional machines -Awesome add-on amenities, such as cold plunge and sauna -Awesome crossfit atmosphere: people working hard to live at their healthiest Love how their kid friendly too once my baby gets old enough to bring her there🩷

My family and I were in town for about 3 weeks and everyone at Total Control has been so welcoming, supportive and kind. A big part of CrossFit is community, and there’s no lack of community here. All coaches are knowledgeable, flexible and genuine; thank you all. Programming is great and I highly recommend the weekly pass if you’re in town for a few days. We’ll see you all again soon!
