Dropped in for the week while on vacation. Went to the 6am classes for the week. Everyone was super helpful and nice and inviting in. Met some great people during the entire week. Kim was super helpful from The moment I walked in. Kind, funny and answered any questions I had. Mike the head coach was awesome. Was engaging with everyone in every class. This gym is absolutely amazing. They were very attentive since it was my first time and encouraged me without feeling negative pressure. The workout was easy to adapt to my level and everyone was so friendly!
Dropped in to a Saturday morning class. The class was large but it was an awesome partner workout. There were two coaches to accommodate for the large class size which was nice. Lots of scaling options were provided. The facility is huge with a ton of indoor and outdoor areas to workout. The community was so welcoming. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you for having me!
