Love this gym. I like going to a class and having informed coaches plan my workouts. They are always there to help encourage you and make sure you are lifting correctly. They help you no matter what level you are at.
This has got to be the best place to get into Crossfit anywhere. Ben is the man, the coaches are great, and my t shirts don't fit any more. Been going for a year - no injuries except my ego and some poor eating habits. Great people to work out with and easy to get to know. What more could you ask for?

I visit my family once a month and drop into CrossFit Timpanogos when I'm able to. They have a great facility, amazing coaches, & friendly members that make your visits enjoyable. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to join crossfit that lives in the area and if you're visiting, it's a box you should check out.
Have been going to Crossfit Timpanogos for about three years. The instructors are awesome and the workouts have helped me improve my overall health. I had been running long distances and thought I was doing great. Ben and the other instructors taught me so much more about total body fitness and the results have been awesome. The members of the gym are a great support as well. Thanks Crossfit Timpanogos!!!!
