I dropped in here while I was at an LE training at “The Lab” close by and Matt (owner/coach) was phenomenal. Made me and another Officer feel super welcome and helped me ALMOST get my first muscle up. Great coaching. Great people, highly recommend! I’ve been doing CF off and on for awhile and he’s a top tier coach! Super knowledgeable and super encouraging.
