Owners Ryan and Susan have put together a world class CrossFit gym here in MP. All of the coaches are so welcoming and supportive, making a great environment that’s not intimidating. They are great about catering to all fitness levels. Mount pleasant is blessed to have such a place.
This gym has a wonderful community and amazing coaches! Whether you are brand new to working out or a pro at this is the place for you. The gym if filled will people are want you to reach your goals just as much as you do. You will be welcomed to any class hour that you attend! CrossFit can be intimidating (starting at any fitness center is intimidating) but I love the support and community here. Everyone is welcoming!
