I have been working out with Arielle for 5 months. Her ability to listen to my needs and her knowledge of how to meet those needs physically is amazing. She has me motivated to get up every day and go train with her. I’m 54 years old and this was the best decision I have made to get myself back in shape and feeling more confident.
I started partner (me and a friend together) workout sessions at Crossfit Thunderbolt with Arielle Luis about 6 months ago along with some video workouts I can do at home and I've never felt this strong and energetic! I’ve been working with Coach Ariélle Luis/her digital programming and I have really enjoyed the process. I’m challenged to meet my goals, encouraged by my coach, and Ariélle has quick response time on my lifts to help effectively correct my form. I am excited to keep grinding and see goals be met!
My experience working with Arielle has been nothing short of exceptional, She quickly became a close family friend! I’ve had her program for me multiple times and I can say confidently that my best progress was made on those programs. Especially the oly work which she’s excelled at. Highly recommend working with her! :)
