Did not compete at the competition last weekend but I did attend and let me tell you it was one of the most inspiring workout atmospheres that I have ever been around very well put together congrats on the outcome guys!!
One of my favorite places to be! Best coaches around that just want to see you succeed and get healthy! It doesn't matter if you're new to Crossfit or have been doing it for many months or years--they train you correctly in everything you do and learn. Safest place to learn proper technique,meet goals and kick butt!
