Awesome space, really inclusive community, MUSIC PLAYLIST WAS AWESOME
I attended a class on a Saturday morning, and my experience was excellent. The workout was well-structured and challenging, and the instructor, Chad, was thorough in explaining each exercise. I felt great afterward and would highly recommend this gym to others.
CrossFit Terminus is excellent! I travel often and drop into many CrossFit gyms, and this one stands out. The website was easy to use, making booking simple—which is key for drop-ins. Class sizes were perfect, coaching was strong, and the programming kept things moving efficiently for working professionals. I appreciated learning new techniques to refine my lifts. Easy to find, well-run, and highly recommended.
Having been a Hairstylist for a few decades, I have quite a few chronic issues and places of vulnerability going on in my body. I love various forms of high intensity group training but inevitably i get hurt and all the progress made is disrupted because I get caught up in the momentum of whatever gym culture I happen to be participating in.
