I joined Crossfit Temecula a little over a year ago after being fed up with my physical state. Prior I have had numerous gym memberships which I inevitably stopped using. I remember deciding to join a Crossfit gym because people I knew passionately talked about the one they go to. I called the gym ready to join and spoke with one of the owners named Isaac. Can’t say enough good things about this gym, the coaches, and the other members. Being around so many great people working consistently to improve themselves only makes you want to get better as well. Thanks for being such a source of encouragement and community!

I am an athlete. I have been involved in athletics and physical activity my entire life. I am a competitor and still push myself to stretch my limits. At a point in my life that I felt I was in peak physical shape I was introduced to CrossFit and that day in 2007 I was humbled...I was also hooked.
