I joined Crossfit Temecula a little over a year ago after being fed up with my physical state. Prior I have had numerous gym memberships which I inevitably stopped using. I remember deciding to join a Crossfit gym because people I knew passionately talked about the one they go to. I called the gym ready to join and spoke with one of the owners named Isaac. I am an athlete. I have been involved in athletics and physical activity my entire life. I am a competitor and still push myself to stretch my limits.
