This is the first business review I have ever written (I think), which speaks to how nice my experience was at CrossFit Sun! I recently traveled to San Diego from the East Coast for a week of work. I had an AWESOME 5am class with TK and the group! Such a warm and inviting community and a great workout program!
Jen Chen's Strong Start program has been an incredible experience for me. I went in with tendonitis in my knee from too many jumping workouts at the bay club and she not only helped me figure out the root of the issue, but she also helped me correct it by creating exercises for the supporting muscles. 6 months into her program, I am pain free in my knee and lifting heavier weights than I've ever lifted in my life! I cannot say enough good things about this program. Do not hesitate to sign up, you will not regret it!
This place is my gym home-away-from-home for anytime I am in the area. From the first time I walked in the door I have been met by kindness, positivity, and a fun attitude. I have never experienced such a receptive and easy environment at a CrossFit gym. If you are looking for a safe and receptive community to get into the sport, I couldn’t recommend a better place to get fit! Thank you, Leslie and CFS crew!
