It's been a year and a few days since I've started at CrossFit Summa, I can say that the decision to join has been one of the best I've made when it comes to improving my fitness. I've not only found it challenging but have certainly increased my strength and endurance while building a mindset to tackle the workouts given which ultimately is also an advantage for outside the gym for whatever is encountered. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I’m in my 2nd year here and I have never been healthier… and, I’m about to turn 60, so CrossFit CAN be for everyone. All the coaches are amazing, and have helped me get stronger and accomplish new skills. I’ve also received fantastic nutrition coaching and have been successful dropping fat while building muscle. My favorite thing though, is the great group of friends I get to workout with every day! If you are thinking of joining just do it.

I’ve been attending Summa for seven years now after finally getting off the couch. I’ve never experienced a more welcoming atmosphere. Coaches make sure you get a great workout even if you’re dealing with a nag or injury or can’t do a movement.

Great gym. The coaches are helpful, the environment is encouraging and inviting, and the classes are a good size so you can get individualized attention as needed.
