I absolutely loved CrossFit Summa! I went into a class not knowing much about CrossFit and the owners/coaches were so knowledgable and explained everything step by step! I love that you can be an expert or beginner and are able to complete the workout on your own terms while still pushing yourself. On top of that, it's very clear they've built such a wonderful community around their gym. Every member was so welcoming and I can't wait to come back for another class! 10/10 recommend for any fitness level!!!
Been coming to Summa with my dad for years while I’m in town, and it’s always such a welcoming and fun environment. I appreciate everyone there for taking such good care of my dad and helping him push the limits on his fitness.
Crossfit Summa has gotten me back to loving exercise. Its great for all levels, everyone in the class is supportive, the coaches are fantastic at giving advice. And the Phoenix on Thursdays has been a staple for my well being. Highly recommend this over any other standard gym membership. You will get way more outa it trust me.
Habe great special needs class
Six months ago I was looking for a CrossFit box to supplement my training a few days a week. I stumbled across CrossFit Summa and it has since become my full time gym! The space is intimate, yet immaculate. From my first class the owners were warm and welcoming, and genuinely care about the health and progress of their members.
