I’ve dropped in at CrossFit Summa three times now, and each visit has been fantastic! Mike and Katie are incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere in the gym is top-notch. The class environment is energetic, supportive, and well-structured—and the coaching is consistently excellent. I always leave feeling challenged and encouraged. Highly recommend!

It's been a year and a few days since I've started at CrossFit Summa, I can say that the decision to join has been one of the best I've made when it comes to improving my fitness. I've not only found it challenging but have certainly increased my strength and endurance while building a mindset to tackle the workouts given which ultimately is also an advantage for outside the gym for whatever is encountered. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I’m in my 2nd year here and I have never been healthier… and, I’m about to turn 60, so CrossFit CAN be for everyone. All the coaches are amazing, and have helped me get stronger and accomplish new skills. I’ve also received fantastic nutrition coaching and have been successful dropping fat while building muscle. My favorite thing though, is the great group of friends I get to workout with every day! If you are thinking of joining just do it.
