Five stars for CrossFit Summa! I came for the workout, and stayed for the amazing community and results. I have been a member for 3+ years. Even though I have always exercised, I never thought that in my early sixties I would be in the best shape of my life. The coaches are fantastic at tailoring everything to your needs while pushing you to achieve things you didn't think possible. CrossFit Summa is indeed a very special place! Thank you coaches, for your ongoing support and encouragement. I love this place and its people!
The coaches are incredible and each client gets individual form monitoring and encouragement in each class. Form is taken very seriously by the coaches. The owners are client focused and listen to the needs of their community. Nutritional guidance is also exceptional! After 9 months of consistency I am stronger, healthier, I have more endurance, and I can move and function with ease over 50. I’ve been lucky to be a member of CrossFit Summa since its inception. I’m on the shy side, but as a single Mom I wanted to be strong and healthy for my son. Even from the start, I would be performing walking lunges with my toddler on my hip. I now bring my teen because I know the trainers at Summa take the time and effort to know each individual in their gym. I like to work one-on-one with my trainer, Mike.
