Six months ago I was looking for a CrossFit box to supplement my training a few days a week. I stumbled across CrossFit Summa and it has since become my full time gym! The space is intimate, yet immaculate. From my first class the owners were warm and welcoming, and genuinely care about the health and progress of their members. CrossFit Summa is not only a gym - it's a community, a family! The workouts are challenging and varied, the coaches are super knowledgeable and will modify anything you need, and the community is beyond anything I could have imagined from a gym!
Found a gym where the owners, Katie and Mike, genuinely care about your growth—not just your business. The coaches all have different styles but share the same vision and level of support, and every coach brings something unique. I can’t even pick a favorite, I’m obsessed with all. I had been looking for a new Gym. . I needed something new and challenging with a great community. I found just that. The programming is very smart and thoughtful. Everything from the warm ups to the workout. The coaching in on point, they Will correct your form. Which to me is important. They don’t pack the class so they can’t pay attention to small details.
