It was fun coming back to where I grew up to see a vibrant fitness community . Summa was great ! Classes were challenging and totally doable for a CrossFit . Am it helped seeing some dear friends !
If the name “CrossFit” ever intimidated you but you’ve always wanted to try, this is the place to go. Not all CrossFits are the same, and this one is truly my favorite. They focus on mobility during warm-ups, walking you through each move which is super helpful. It’s a smaller gym, but that’s actually a strength—more personal, with an awesome, welcoming community. The coaches are knowledgeable, caring, and always helpful. Bonus: Fridays come with a fun “question of the day”to keep things light and engaging, while warming up.... read more

My autistic son has found a caring gym with people who genuinely like and help him. My son has gained confidence and muscle. A++ place. Shout-out to Mike and Crystal.
I’ve dropped in at CrossFit Summa three times now, and each visit has been fantastic! Mike and Katie are incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere in the gym is top-notch. The class environment is energetic, supportive, and well-structured—and the coaching is consistently excellent. I always leave feeling challenged and encouraged. Highly recommend!
