I’m in town for a wedding and took the 9 AM class with Brooke. She was an awesome coach, motivating and super friendly! The members couldn’t be more welcoming. thank you guys for such a great experience!!
Crossfit Summa is a Great place for all fitness levels. Always welcoming and supportive! If you are new to crossfit do not be nervous about walking in their doors! Family centered atmosphere!!
I was very intimidated to even try CrossFit Summa. Now I only wish I did it sooner. Every workout can be modified and it truly is you vs. you. At CrossFit Summa, the coaches are awesome, the workouts vary and you can always find a way to find a level that works for you and the people are the icing on the cake. CrossFit Summa is an amazing gym that has far exceeded my expectations of what a fitness community can be.
I absolutely loved CrossFit Summa! I went into a class not knowing much about CrossFit and the owners/coaches were so knowledgable and explained everything step by step! I love that you can be an expert or beginner and are able to complete the workout on your own terms while still pushing yourself. On top of that, it's very clear they've built such a wonderful community around their gym. Every member was so welcoming and I can't wait to come back for another class! 10/10 recommend for any fitness level!!!
Been coming to Summa with my dad for years while I’m in town, and it’s always such a welcoming and fun environment. I appreciate everyone there for taking such good care of my dad and helping him push the limits on his fitness.
