Amazing gym with super helpful and knowledgeable coaches and the most encouraging community.
Great CrossFit gym! I have checked out a few gyms in town over the years and this gym is so friendly. The coaches and programming are great. They’ve built a great community and whether you’re just starting out or are experienced at CrossFit, I recommend checking out the gym.
Very welcoming gym! Would recommend . They have a flexible schedule too Update: they are a very friendly CrossFit box that is all about community. The coaches are AMAZING and go above and beyond. They run fundraisers time to time, as well..
Love this gym and this community! I spend every year doing the Haven Turkey Trot with them. Great coaches, great programming, great people!
