I definitely recommend crossFit Sting. The atmosphere is great and the coaches are amazing!!!! I was nervous about restarting my fitness journey after injuring my back also in a new city, but with crossfit Sting, I have been able to gain back my strength little by little and everyone was welcoming.
Top-tier CrossFit box! The community is amazing and everyone makes you feel right at home from day one. Great workouts and an even better atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to start CrossFit, look no further. Highly Recommend.
CrossFit has had a really positive impact on my life. The coaches are kind, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain proper technique. They constantly encourage you to push yourself, and it’s a place I genuinely look forward to going to every morning.

I was visiting Alpharetta, GA for a little over a month on a business trip. In my head, the hotel gym would be adequate to maintain my fitness but I was wrong. I quickly remembered that the reason I do Crossfit is because I need someone to tell me what to do or else I cheat myself.
