Very friendly and helpful people. Kids are welcome and everything is fitted to your abilities . Helpful sign up and program on the web for members. You will make friends there.
Great place, Carleen and crew give excellent coaching.
After being intimidated by the idea of CrossFit for some time, this is my new favorite place to spend an hour for class each day. No egos, no attitudes. Members are extremely welcoming and coaches are patient and supportive for all levels. 5-star operation here.
