Very nice gym! Has three exercise areas…so lots of room for activities. I was going to drop in but was unable to. Still, when I stopped by to get the lay of the land the coaches were super kind and helpful and even people attending class were welcoming. Looks like they have a great community to be part of!
Great gym, atmosphere, instruction and peeps. Dropped in, and Coach Nick was very welcoming. Highly recommend.
The community within this gym sold me on day one! Everyone was so willing to greet me and help me get settled in. Also, the coaching at Sprag has proven to be top notch and a game changer. I would recommend this place to anyone regardless of your fitness level. This is hands down the place to push yourself and discover that next level!
