I love it here! I was nervous at first and was so delighted that the coaches and members were so welcoming and made sure I was going at my pace for my body and skill. Highly recommend!
It’s not possible to get in contact with this gym. It’s a shame. I’m a huge CrossFit advocate and love the community. I’ve reached out to this gym multiple times and haven’t gotten a response back. The owners email must be incorrect or they just don’t respond to emails or calls. The old location is connected to Apple Maps, so if you’re from out of town make sure to get the new address or you’ll be out $15 like myself for a drop in that could never be used.

I joined CrossFit spirit in April of 2017 and haven't looked back. awesome place, amazing people, great coaches!!!!
