Great gym! They let us drop in and do Murph with them since we were out of town from our main gym, and everyone was very kind and welcoming! Will definitely drop in again next time I’m in town!
Solid box at the beach! Really solid coaching for all levels. Took my daughter to her first ever CrossFit WOD and they were very kind accommodating.
Affordable and friendly.
Dropped in four days while visiting my parents. The classes were varied and challenging, both technically and in endurance. The coaches were outstanding with warm ups and instructions. There were plenty of Rx athletes and scaled options for the rest of us were plentiful. I found it to be a very positive experience.
