Lovely coaches and a great drop in experience. The gym is nicely kitted out and the members were friendly.
I dropped in for a class when I was in town. I found the coach engaging and attentive. It was a fun class. I have done Crossfit for many years and have been to many boxes as I travel a lot. The facility was clean and spacious. The equipment was good. The vibe was supportive. The WOD was hard but had several levels of scaling. Thanks for the fun!
Dropped in at South Park CrossFit for the 7 AM class and had a great experience. The coach was fantastic. Super helpful and took time to work on kipping pull-up technique with us, which I really appreciated as a visitor. The community was incredibly welcoming; athletes went out of their way to introduce themselves and make us feel like part of the crew. Dropped in for a 7am and enjoyed it a lot. Great facility, very good coaching and a fun workout to end my recent San Francisco trip. Would definitely recommend and will be back for sure if I’m back in town.
