I wish I could place zero stars on how unprofessional this place is and its owner. The Place is completely unsanitary as manager leaves the place looking run down and unkept with sanitation. Also I’ve witnessed on multiple occasions, as owner throws an inexcusable fit and accusations at customers and nearby pedestrians if they even think about using the side walk beside the building. Literally, she’s like an angry little chihuahua food guarding over nothing lady needs to get a life.

Manager accused my brother and I of being vandals or something when we walked past her building. We were just walking around. Not sure what that was about.

Our family had an amazing experience at CrossFit South Haven! 🙌 The community is so welcoming and supportive, and the coaches are top-notch. Sara in particular gave us an incredible experience - her coaching style is engaging, motivating, and tailored to help you reach your goals. 💪 I loved the variety of workouts and the focus on proper technique.
