Amanda was great she lead me threw my first time of CrossFit smooth and with great professionalism I was nervous at first but her and my peers made me feel welcomed the atmosphere was great and the support was amazing I’m ready to see you guys next class highly recommend Crossfit South Haven over a gym

Sara was great. I felt welcome and part of the CrossFit SouthHaven community. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything beyond my capacity. Sara seemed to recognize the limitations of my age. The gym was clean and well equipped I’m used to seeing the workout on whiteboard and thought the use of monitors was a great way to present the workout.

I wish I could place zero stars on how unprofessional this place is and its owner. The Place is completely unsanitary as manager leaves the place looking run down and unkept with sanitation. Also I’ve witnessed on multiple occasions, as owner throws an inexcusable fit and accusations at customers and nearby pedestrians if they even think about using the side walk beside the building. Literally, she’s like an angry little chihuahua food guarding over nothing lady needs to get a life.
