My first time using the gym was for 26.1 and the community was great ,the gym was well organized , Heats were set up great everyone was very friendly and it was a welcoming community.
I dropped in to workout for the 6:30am class and it was very nice! Coach was knowledgeable and helpful and the members were all welcoming! Would definitely return if I visit in the future!
Visiting the area for Christmas, I dropped in for a Saturday morning WOD and was pleasantly surprised at the low cost and many amenities. The gym is quite spacious and has a lot of equipment. The cardio workout did not include any barbells or lifting equipment, so I cannot speak to those aspects, but there were plenty of rowers and jump ropes available to choose from that were actually in good condition.
