Holly, otherwise known as the strongest Mamma I know, is a fantastic coach. She demos efficiently, offers great modifications, and somehow manages to make 5:30am a great time of day.
Murray’s coaching has been pivotal in my 8 year CrossFit journey. From the very beginning his coaching helped push me along encouraging me to grow and build strength.
Laura and the entire facility are truly heartwarming. I had tried going back to a regular gym, but honestly, it just wasn’t for me and I ended up giving up. Everything changed when I found Somos Fitness—once I started doing CrossFit and joining the classes, I felt welcomed right away. Everyone is so supportive, helpful, and completely non-judgmental. I 10000% recommend it!
I’ve known Holly as a coach for a long time now and today she was just as wonderful as she always is. She kept everyone on time, led a great warmup and had so many little helpful cues for everyone throughout the class. The gym space is always clean, the equipment is well maintained and looks brand new, there are showers and change rooms to help with your morning routine and the people here are some of my favourites ♥️. Thank you so much Somos and Holly for always making this gym feel like home!
