Found my new home! The coach’s, the people and the workouts are the best! Thank you Solid Gold for welcoming me and making me feel like part of the family
I moved from Tucson two months ago, where I had an amazing gym family. CFSG has made the transition so easy and welcoming. The coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive. My first open is coming up and I’m excited to do it with CFSG. Megan is great at communicating upcoming events and items of importance which I appreciate. I have traveled Arizona and dropped in to many gyms over the years, so I definitely appreciate a good gym community. I highly recommend giving CFSG a try!
Absolutely love the environment, energy and people. It has been a pleasure working out at this gym. Coaches make it that much better and are super encouraging. This coming from an introvert and I’ve tried other gyms lol.
I've been going for a couple months now and I dont have anything but good things to say about the gym. Im always greeted walking into the door by fellow athletes and the coach of the day. Coaches are attentive and always trying to make you better. I look forward to continuing my journey at CFSG!!
The atmosphere here is golden. The atmosphere is nothing but supportive as it is a community which pushes you to fulfill your goals. As one who has never been physically active for much of my life, I appreciate the feelings of accomplishment which come alongside new things which I never would have believed I could do. CrossFit really is for anyone.
