The atmosphere here is golden. The atmosphere is nothing but supportive as it is a community which pushes you to fulfill your goals. As one who has never been physically active for much of my life, I appreciate the feelings of accomplishment which come alongside new things which I never would have believed I could do. CrossFit really is for anyone.
Best Crossfit I've been to in AZ. Family and community oriented. Welcoming to everyone and willing to help train novice and seasoned athletes. I love that they push you to do your best but also not to over do it and injure yourself.
I became part of CrossFit SolidGold family in San Tan Valley..what a great experience the trainers absolutely the best very patient even with the old guy(me)….always able to change the work outs for my personal needs…wow would highly recommend this gym(family)…reasonable cost…very happy to be apart of this program…Glenn B San Tan Valley Az

Great start for your fitness journey! Almost three weeks in and I enjoyed crossfit because the coaches are really helpful with setting you up with success in all exercises. They have an option for nutrition which is so important especially since it’s equally vital. I love that the coaches are willing to push you to be better so just be coachable!!!
