I texted asking about prices. It wasn’t on the “pricing” page of the website and instead I had to put in my contact info for a coach to send me the pricing info. He wouldn’t give me the full pricing info unless I talked about my goals and came in for a trial class. I was accused of “price shopping” because I wanted to see if the monthly plans/packages felt reasonable for the price before coming in. The coach set up a call to chat with me about my goals before recommending pricing, which made total sense. It was such a great experience, especially in a world that feels increasingly driven by AI. That personal touch really stood out. Best gym, best coaches :)

Went to my first CrossFit class today at SoCo and was welcomed by everyone. The coach was was knowledgeable and offered scaling options which was great since I'm coming from sea level, lol! The gym is huge and clean. I've trained in CrossFit previously and really enjoyed my time at SoCo. Highly recommend!
Dropped into a class while visiting from Indiana and had the best experience and the best time!!
