I was in Colorado Springs for a trip and decided to drop in for a class at CrossFit SoCo. I’m really glad I did! This was easily one of the cleanest and most spacious CrossFit gyms I’ve been to. Coach Eric was great. The energy in the gym was awesome, and the coaching was excellent. I only wish I had more time in my schedule while I was in town to make it back for another class. 5 out of 5, and I’d highly recommend CrossFit SoCo to anyone who lives in the area or is just visiting. Thanks again for the hospitality!

My wife and I dropped in at CrossFit SoCo while vacationing in Colorado, and this is definitely one of the best gyms I’ve ever dropped into. The online drop-in registration was easy, and as soon as we arrived, members greeted us and directed us to the front desk. The staff already knew our names and immediately made us feel welcome. I travel a lot and have lifted at a ton of gyms and can say without a doubt CrossFit Soco is the best I’ve ever been to. Garrison, the owner, is one of the nicest people you will meet and is an excellent coach. The other coaches are knowledgeable, genuinely invested in helping you improve, and always make sure you’re moving safely with good technique.
