CrossFit SOCO is the best gym environment imaginable. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive. They care about you as a person and your gym goals. They encourage you to listen to your body AND push you to go harder when you’re able. I travel to Colorado Springs frequently for work and I always drop in to Crossfit SoCo. It's a huge space with tons of equipment and one of the cleanest gyms I've seen. The coaches and members are super friendly and welcoming. It's a great gym and I will continue to drop in when I'm in town.
This gym is a fantastic place for anyone serious about improving their fitness. It offers a wide range of modern equipment that is always clean, well-maintained, and suitable for all types of workouts. I texted asking about prices. It wasn’t on the “pricing” page of the website and instead I had to put in my contact info for a coach to send me the pricing info. He wouldn’t give me the full pricing info unless I talked about my goals and came in for a trial class. I was accused of “price shopping” because I wanted to see if the monthly plans/packages felt reasonable for the price before coming in. The coach set up a call to chat with me about my goals before recommending pricing, which made total sense. It was such a great experience, especially in a world that feels increasingly driven by AI. That personal touch really stood out. Best gym, best coaches :)
