Easily the #1 crossfit gym I've been to in my lifetime - the coaches constantly show how much they care, they keep you accountable, the gym has a 10/10 community, and makes exercise fun. They take the time when you start to set goals personalized to you, and help you along the way, with set check-ins. And they take you as you are - injuries and all!
After moving to Austin earlier this year, I joined CrossFit SoChac, and it has been an incredible experience.
