Love the gym & love the people. The owners & coaches are fantastic and involved with the workouts. Very hands-on with the training and critiques to ensure lifts are done effectively. Made some great friends here and it’s definitely a community of people I’d recommend if you’re looking for a positive atmosphere and great workout. Hoping to make it back someday!
Excellent fitness gym. Owners are great and very qualified lifters and coaches. Very welcoming community of folks. Provides great instructions for all levels. I’m a gym owner from visiting from Tampa and I definitely plan to return next trip.
This was a great place to drop in while on vacation. Coaches and members were so nice & made it feel like I’ve been here before. If you’re in the area this should be the box to try out.
ITC is an awesome gym for all people and all abilities. This is my part time beach gym when we are in town(which is about 6months a year)The facility is large, programming is challenging but accommodating for all levels. I think my favorite part of working out here is definitely not the exercise🤣 but the people who own the gym and the wonderful friends I have made from this community. This gym is welcoming, fun, but pushes you to grow in your fitness journey as well. Drop in/ join the fun!
I have been a part of 4 different CrossFit gyms over the last 12 years. While all of them had a wonderful sense of community, I didn’t realize what excellent coaching was until I visited Iron Tide. The coaches are thorough, encouraging, and make sure you get it right! I wake up in the mornings looking forward to exercising! The community feel and friends I have made there are top notch. I cannot recommend Iron Tide CrossFit enough!
