I’m honestly so pumped to be a part of this gym. I took a long break from CrossFit, I got super burnt out and just wasn’t feeling the culture anymore. Skyway feels like the OG CrossFit I fell in love with 17 years ago. Justin and Dana really get it, they focus on longevity, functional fitness, and just enjoying the sport. The gym I went to closed, so I was left scrambling for a new fitness community. After extensive search, I found Crossfit Skyway. Everyone here is so nice, non judgmental, and motivational. The training is excellent, and the coaches make sure you adapt the movement to fit your fitness level or limitations while still achieving a targeted workout. I joined CrossFit skyway a few months ago and I am so glad I did! All of the coaches are great, they take the time to go over all the different lifts with you and make sure your form is spot on! The community at this gym is great too. Everyone is so friendly and will make you feel welcome right away. If you are thinking about trying CrossFit or getting back into it this is the place!
Great gym community here. Just a welcome feeling from the first meeting/correspondence with CrossFit Skyway. Great coaching and programming too. This will be my fitness home for years to come.
No gym is perfect but this gym is pretty darn close to it. I've tried many gyms and I've quit them all but this one keeps me coming back to it. Whether you want to get in shape be around good people escape the house for a bit or just be part of a great community this is the place. There are scaling options for any movement and great support to get a great workout on.
