I recently visited this gym and met the owners, they are so passionate and knowledgeable and the gym is clean, spacious and airy - definitely recommend
We were visiting the area so did a week with these guys and loved it! The space is absolutely fantastic but what sets the space apart is the coaching crew. The team are so knowledgeable and helpful and you can tell the thought that goes into the planning for warm ups and class structure. Would definitely be choice of gym when we live in the area!
Did a week of drop in classes while on holidays. Super welcoming and friendly. Coaches Crowther and Brett were very accommodating, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future. Thanks!
