SISU Plymouth is a rock solid CrossFit gym. Programming is fun and challenging. Coaching staff is knowledgeable, personable, and motivating. Facility is solid. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly and ready to work. Special shoutout to the 5:30am crew!
I know CrossFit sounds scary but the SISU coaches are excellent and will help you where you are at. I’ve had personal trainers and I’ve gone to lifetime and this has been the best experience I’ve ever had working out. I’m 56. If I can do it, anyone can!!
I had a fantastic experience with CrossFit SISU Plymouth and, more specifically, Oscar and SISU Longevity. Oscar helped diagnose a knee problem I sustained while training and created a personalized PT plan to help with my recovery process. Fast forward a few weeks to now and I can say with confidence his diagnosis and recovery plan have worked wonders. I will be going back to Oscar for any future PT needs.
I had the chance to train at SISU CrossFit Plymouth for two weeks while traveling, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From day one, I was welcomed as if I were a regular member. The community is warm and supportive, the coaches are knowledgeable and motivating, and the facilities are excellent.
