As a former dancer who never dreamed of trying CrossFit, I just have to say that everyone at CrossFit Shorebreak has been so welcoming, supportive, and kind — it’s a great workout with great coaches, peers, and a fun environment! Love the effort Coach Rob puts into the fun themed events like Star Wars workouts and Harry Potter house challenges, and appreciate all the extra time everyone puts in to help me work on my form and feel comfortable!

Literally the BEST gym ever! 💪✨ The coaches at CrossFit Shorebreak truly know their stuff. They are encouraging, motivating, and make every workout fun.
